Step 3 - Import the Anaplan Audit Workflow Template
🔍 What You’re Doing
Section titled “🔍 What You’re Doing”Your datasets are built and tagged, so the last step is to stand up the Workflow itself. Rather than assembling the audit pipelines by hand, you import a prebuilt workflow template: a configuration file carrying the supporting and output Pipelines, every transformation in them, the Mapping Group definitions, and the list of Datasets the Workflow requires.
Applying it produces the same result every time. There is no prompt to write and no AI configuration step, so the pipelines that took several rounds of authoring to get right arrive already built. Your only job is matching a Dataset to each requirement the template declares.
📥 Before You Begin
Section titled “📥 Before You Begin”Download the Anaplan audit workflow template to your local Downloads folder. You’ll upload it to Nexadata in the steps below.

✅ Summary of Steps
Section titled “✅ Summary of Steps”-
From the Workflows list, click From Template.

Upload the template file you downloaded above.

Select the downloaded template from your Downloads folder.

Click Open to confirm.

Click Review Template.

Match each slot to a Dataset you created in Step 1.

Search for and select the Dataset. Use the search bar rather than scrolling.

Click Add to Workflow.

Repeat for every remaining slot.

Enter your tenant name under Configure Variables.

Click Create Workflow.

Confirm the success message appears in the lower right.
