CRM data, ready to plan on

Get HubSpot data out, and enriched data back in

Pipeline, contacts and custom objects rarely arrive in the shape a plan needs. Nexadata flattens them, joins them to the rest of your stack, and writes the result back into the CRM your team actually works in.

At a glance

Two-way connector

Out of HubSpot

  • Contacts, companies, deals, tickets
  • Custom objects, auto-discovered
  • Object associations, joined for you

Back into HubSpot

  • Upsert
  • Create
  • Update

Authentication

One OAuth 2.0 approval, with tokens refreshed for you.

  • SOC 2 Type II
  • Zero data retention
  • SSO / SAML / RBAC
  • Cloud-agnostic

The platform processes your data. An LLM never touches it.

The connector

What the HubSpot connector does

Your objects, including the ones you invented

Nexadata discovers what is actually in your portal rather than shipping a fixed list. Standard objects and the custom ones your team built both appear in the picker, with their properties loaded from your own schema, so a field added in HubSpot this morning is selectable this afternoon.

Relationships come with the data

CRM value lives in the joins: a deal is only interesting next to its company and its tickets. Pick the associated objects you want and Nexadata brings them through with the main record, keeping every row or only matched ones, without a line of custom query.

Nested fields arrive flat

HubSpot returns nested property structures that most tools hand you as-is and leave you to unpick. Nexadata flattens them into typed columns on the way in, so what lands in your pipeline is a table rather than a parsing job.

Write back without breaking the CRM

Map each pipeline column to an object and a property, choose whether to upsert, create or update per object, and use HubSpot object IDs, alternate IDs or association keys to decide what matches what. Fields are validated against your schema before anything syncs.

No admin in the loop to wire it up

The person who understands the CRM is rarely the person who builds pipelines, and that gap is where CRM projects wait. Nexadata's MCP server closes it: connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable client, say what you need, and the workflow, datasets, pipelines and mappings are built and run from the conversation. The agent handles object names and schemas, never your contact records.

Connect what feeds it

HubSpot is rarely the only system in the answer. Join it to whatever else the question needs: if a system has an OpenAPI or OData spec, the Connector Copilot reads it and builds a working connection, with no prebuilt connector to wait on.

How it works

From source system to HubSpot

Connect, transform, map, review. Each step is guided by a no-code copilot, and you approve the plan before anything runs.

  1. 01

    Connect

Approve Nexadata once through HubSpot's OAuth flow. Tokens are encrypted in the secrets manager and refreshed automatically, so the connection does not quietly expire.

  2. 02

    Transform

Flatten the properties you selected, bring in the finance and support data a deal only makes sense next to, and collapse duplicate accounts, all described in plain language.

  3. 03

    Map

Turn lifecycle stages, deal types and owner fields into members your downstream model recognizes, rather than free text nobody downstream can group on.

  4. 04

    Review

Check the plan before it runs, and see who changed a mapping group, what changed, how and when.

Questions

HubSpot integration FAQ

Does Nexadata support custom HubSpot objects?
Yes. Objects are discovered from your portal rather than read off a fixed list, so custom objects appear in the picker alongside contacts, companies, deals and tickets, with their properties loaded from your own schema.
Can I include related records, like a deal and its company?
Yes, through object associations. Choose the related objects you want alongside the main one and pick whether to keep every row or only rows with a match, which behaves like a left join and an inner join respectively. No custom query is needed.
How does Nexadata write data back into HubSpot?
Per object, you choose upsert, create or update. Columns are mapped to a HubSpot object and property, and you can match on HubSpot object IDs, alternate IDs or association keys. Fields are validated against your schema before the sync runs.
What happens to nested HubSpot properties?
They are flattened into typed columns as the data comes in, so your pipeline starts from a clean table rather than from a nested structure you have to unpick first.
Can I build a HubSpot integration with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through Nexadata's MCP server. Any MCP-capable client can create the workflow, attach the datasets, build the pipelines and mappings and start the run. What the agent sees is metadata: object and property names, schemas, run state. Your data is never processed or moved by the model.
